The Optical Technician is a customer service position responsible for greeting patients, assisting them with eyewear selection, performing contact lens fitting, ordering lenses, frames and contact lenses and maintaining the professional appearance of the optical shop. Performs other duties assigned by Practice Administrator such as patient recalls, copying and maintaining records, cross training for the front desk and general clerical duties.
