*Interface directly with HATCI engineering teams to gather information and prepare agenda content for planned workshop activities

*Support coordination and execution of events for executive leadership, all-HATCI employees, and external partners

*Prepare reports and findings for presentation of focused study results to executive leadership

*Engage with employees of all levels, from entry-level, to executive leadership to support strategy initiatives.

*Prepare in-depth report to present a detailed development plan for growth and improvement of a HATCI process identified collaboratively

*Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

*Student in junior/senior year or within 6 months of graduation; a graduate or MBA student will also be considered

*Valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record
