Director, Transaction Management

Job Description Summary

Responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transaction services on behalf of health care system client, monitor internal/external workflow to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and perform advanced transactions as required

Job Description

  • Provide oversight and management of the delivery of real estate services to client(s) with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations and all transaction services required
  • Assist broader brokerage team assigned to the client to negotiate advanced transactions including market optimization activities, site identification and selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewals
  • Manage all activities to assure timely completion
  • Work with the portfolio management team at C&W to assure all date base activities are actively and proactively managed, assure that all necessary documentation is gathered and provided to assure timely entering into the portfolio database.
  • Compile and provide accurate tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables
  • Monitor and review the workload of team and/or managers
  • Understand client(s) strategic real estate goals and implement corresponding real estate plans
  • Create and maintain trust and strong relationships with internal and external parties
  • Attend internal client meetings related to real estate planning and activities
  • Provide regular feedback to C&W and client leadership regarding issues, challenges, and areas for additional focus and improvements
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations
  • Participate in team and client objectives to ensure targets and goals are achieved
  • Provide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendors
  • Manage or execute special projects, as assigned
  • Demonstrate initiative through taking on additional projects and responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of transaction documents (e.g. approval forms for client, summary of completed transactions highlighted successes and opportunities for improvement, etc.)
