We seek a Marketing Communications Program Liaison to provide support to AMIkids Programs, brainstorming and executing activities to elevate brand awareness, build reputation, and position AMIkids as a leading youth-serving organization. This position partners and guides Programs to ensure brand adherence and consistency regarding marketing and communications materials, works closely with all levels of management, and reports to the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications.

What you will be doing:

Partner and guide Programs to and ensure brand adherence and consistency regarding marketing and communications materials,

Collaborate with Program to develop content for flyers, advertisements, social media, press releases, newsletters, presentations, and other branded materials,

Manage the design process and print production of branded items with outside vendors,

Monitor Program social media accounts to ensure brand compliance, assist with content development, and encourage consistent posting practices,

Build, maintain, and manage relationships with Internal and External parties, and perform media outreach to raise brand awareness within AMIkids communities,

Provide support for promotional events (examples open houses, press conferences), check presentations and special events taking place at the Program,

Coordinate video and photography requests with Digital Communications Lead,

Manage the budget related to dollars allocated to Programs for Marketing,

Provide high level customer service and support,

Role requirements:

Minimum High School diploma/GED and 12 years related experience in marketing or communications,

• OR - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or journalism with 8 years' experience preferred,

Effective writing and interpersonal communication skills,

Creativity and strategic skills required,

Graphic design techniques, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with Canva highly desirable,

Familiarity with other platforms such as WordPress, Cision, and Classy is a plus.
