Short Description
- Facilitates assignments of the Patient Care Technologists to assist the Registered Nurses and the surgical team in providing indirect and non-patient care responsibilities.
- Contributes to quality patient care by serving as a significant member of the health care team.
Experience Required
- Health care experience required. Acute Care Hospital experience preferred. (i.e.: Nursing Assistant, Unit Secretary, PCS, etc.)
- Visual and auditory acuity for information retrieval and computer monitor use.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
License/Certification Requirements
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
